Frequently asked questions

Questions about the site itself. Questions about a particular category are answered at the foot of that category's page.

  • What is DealDino?

DealDino is a list of discounted Amazon products, grouped by category, along with any discount codes attached to them. Listings are gathered automatically from publicly available listing data and rebuilt on a schedule. There is no account to create and nothing to sign up for.

  • Where do the deals come from?

They are drawn from publicly available data about Amazon listings. Nobody picks them by hand: a product appears when it carried a genuine markdown at the moment it was collected, and it drops off when that stops being true. Nobody pays to be listed and no listing is ranked higher in exchange for payment.

  • How do the discount codes work?

A code is a short string you enter at Amazon checkout. Some are instead applied on the product page itself, with a box you tick before you check out. Either way, copy the code here, follow the link to the product, and apply it on Amazon. The discount is applied by Amazon, not by this site.

  • What does verified mean under a code?

It means the code was still attached to that product the last time the listing was collected, and the line tells you how long ago that was. It is a record of when the code was last seen working, not a promise that it will work for you now. A seller can withdraw a code at any time.

  • Why is the price different by the time I get to Amazon?

The prices and discounts here are a snapshot from the moment the listing was collected, not a live feed. Amazon changes prices frequently, stock changes, and a discount can end. Treat the figure on this site as a starting point and confirm the current price on the product page before you buy.

  • How does DealDino make money?

Right now it does not. Outbound links are published exactly as collected, with no tracking parameters added by this site, so nothing here earns a commission today. That is expected to change, and the affiliate disclosure will be updated to say so before or at the same time as the change.

  • Is DealDino affiliated with Amazon?

No. DealDino is an independent site operated by Perksbridge INC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon. Product links point to Amazon, and any purchase you make happens there under their terms.

  • How do I report something that looks wrong?

Email hello@getdealdino.com with the link, or use the contact page. A code that no longer works, a price that never matched, a broken link or a correction to anything written on the site are all worth sending.
